What is the Booty Camp Fitness program and how is it different from a regular Boot Camp?  Booty Camp Fitness is Canada’s only WOMEN ONLY boot camp.  It focuses on their three core values:  Fun Friendly Fitness.  Other differences:  This is a program designed for Women.  It provides full nutritional support.  It includes Regular Fitness Evaluations.  It has Start and End Times…so you will start at the same time as other newbies, or women with similar fitness goals.  Each Booty Camp also includes some Super Bonuses!

Camps are available in Ontario, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Alberta and begin at all times of year with the exception of March and December.

All Elite Drill instructors are required to be either Certified Personal Trainers or Fitness Instructors by Can-Fit Pro, CPTN or another well Recognized International Fitness Institution.  They know how to design a program to help target those trouble zones and make sure you’re having fun while you work out!
