As for me – I put a lot of thought into my own burger personality – and the truth is, I probably have a personality disorder on that front. I.e. multiple personalities… see here, here, here, here, here and here.
At the end of the day though, I’m just a boy who loves the taste of Canadian Beef. Sure lots of times I’ll dress it up with fancy toppings and sauces to impress my readers or guests – but at the end of the day I’m an old school burger kind of guy. Grilled 100% beef with a sprinkle of salt & pepper, served up old school with lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, mustard and mayonnaise. Mmmmm… So what burger personality are you?
