One of my favourite things about fall is curling up with a warm bowl of hearty, tasty soup. Is there anything better? Thanks to Campbell’s and their new line of #HealthyRequest Soups, the answer is yes! These soups help us take care of our bodies by making sure only the best goes in them – no preservatives (ever!) and high quality ingredients.

Last week, I was kindly invited down to the Campbell’s head office to learn about this fresh, new line – you can read about my visit here. Ever.* Then we crafted six delicious varieties using high quality vegetables, whole grains, and legumes like sweet potatoes, rutabaga, quinoa and black-eyed peas. Each recipe contains 480 mg of sodium and, if you are looking for Gluten-Free varieties, try the Healthy Request Curried Cauliflower Lentil or Spicy Vegetable Turkey with Rutabaga.
