This past Friday was my “small” grocery shop. Every second week I pop into the grocery store for items I forgot or have run out of. My favorite store for groceries is Sobey’s. I find that their fruit and veggies are much fresher and last a lot longer than other places.

Don’t those look amazing! Of course they do. Here’s the problem. Most people do not eat enough fruit and veggies. If that’s true, what about the vitamins and minerals your body requires on a daily basis? Lack of these essential vitamins can cause health problems down the road. Especially as you get older.

One of the stops I make on a monthly basis is to the vitamin aisle. Usually I go to another store for my vitamins but I find them so overwhelming! They have 2 walls of vitamins to try and decide from. How do you wrap your head around that? I decided this time that I’d see what Sobey’s has to offer since their section is much smaller.

My husband and I are huge fans of Adult Essentials and their website said they now sell their vitamins at Sobey’s.

The picture on the left shows their childrens vitamins which I found at Sobey’s. Unfortunately, the Adult Essentials were not to be found. (Picture on the right) The good news is that the pharmacist told me to call her with the upc # and she’d see if she could order them in for me. Great service! Fantastic vitamins.

Since these are the only vitamins my husband will take without prompting, I want to make sure I continue to get them. My families health is important. Besides, they taste like I’m having a “gummy” treat! What’s not to like about that!?
