About @BioSteelSports #CAMP
2015 marked the sixth year of this elite training camp, a program that continues to be recognized as one of the world’s premier strength and conditioning camps for NHL athletes. Hosted every August in Ontario, Canada, the camp prepares many of the NHL’s brightest stars for the grueling demands of their upcoming NHL season and gives them the physical advantage required to compete at the sports highest level.
- The Camp was created and developed by Matt Nichol and the owners of the organic supplement BioSteel.

- The training program consists of various gym, track & field and on-ice workouts designed and implemented by world-class trainer Matt Nichol.
- The camp runs August 22-25, 2016 at St. Mikes Arena in Toronto
- Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday training runs from 10:00am to 2:00pm
- On the last day of camp, the players are divided into four teams to compete for the BioSteel Cup in a round-robin tournament. This is a great day to watch and mingle with the players.
